A Future Wasteland
The series focuses on an aged Tommy Oliver set in the future, where he's the last surviving Ranger on Earth. A Dragonzord-Inspired Ride
As the story introduces an aged Tommy, still saddled with guilt from his past actions, his secluded life is far from peaceful. Goldar's entrance seems like the setup for a fight, but it's quickly revealed as a desperate plea for help — Scorpina has unleashed the Red Censer to destroy any creature tinged with magic. This threat prompts Tommy, Alpha, Mirella, and their new unexpected ally to stage a quick getaway in a repurposed vehicle strongly bearing Dragonzord vibes mixed with the crude land vehicle qualities of multiple modern Batmobiles.【0†L681-L686】

As seen in the first two issues ahead of issue #3 coming on August 26, a new threat from another realm has come for Earth in the form of Rita Rabiosa. A Double Dose of Tommy
A vehicle powered more directly by magic and further removed from Earth tech could be additionally helpful against Rabiosa's threat, with a clear call for the Green Ranger of the present to rejoin the gang once more.
